A child opening eyes in this World has already interacting with the surroundings consciously or unconsciously. Coding of his/her DNA is beginning the adventure of a lasting happiness or depression, a state we call Life. 

The moment the child’s brain started accumulating the experiences around him/her, the part of the personality is already begun forming. With the traits of DNA, this child will either overcome many traits of the family or just fell helpless to it. 

Next comes the judegement or pre-judice of the actions he is doing or observes other doing, a conceptual hard print is been generated we all like to call the ‘Perception’. 

The memory imprints, and the new guy started to like few things and hate few, he would likely to never try something he hate or never likely to pause something he likes dearly, it is the time to choose the morality. 

The new guy although has not much idea about the life outside his premises he likes to call home and yes… There is a big whole wide world waiting for him to come out and play…

Factors like surroundings, family, friends are going to play vital role for him, but family is the one that proves to be vital among all. 

A “Don’t worry Son, do not see your marks, focus on your Learning” would apart from “You do not score high, your cousins will Leave you behind”.

“Learn in your Class, cause the environment and teacher is there” would be much different from “look at your scores, don’t play, sit and study”. 

“Explore and abserve, choose what would you do happily as your Profession, its your life” would make a difference from “we have doctors in our family, I don’t wanna see this camera in your hands again”. 

The first lessons are learned in home and the first teachers are Parents and immediate family

 We all must have observed a little brother of elder sisters acting as little girlish and vice versa. The action started to appear in adolescence and further upbringing would decide the real persona.
The fixation of persona being forced by the parents would always leave the child with permanent cogs in the brain that is not going to fit everywhere and every place and every condition the life would throw at him. He may follow the crowd like he has no control of his life and he has no choice,since from the begining his brain is wired as such.

Education with street-smartness enclosed with Moral values has proven to be a basic guideline for persona

Like our hand prints and cornia designs doesn’t match as we are. Every company of 2 has been successful only when, either the acceptance of change is there or traits are compatible, as the beauty of living is not having thoughts alike, but respect of each other and getting benefits from the diversity of both the personalities. Since this is connected to my first blog in here, the topic of Normality is somehow the second step to this, with persona being the attitude and Normality as the trait…

A balanced personality does require the correct ingredients which is the output of right up-bringing.

To answer a good friend’s blog post, the perception, attitude and positive up-bringing is what accumulates to be the diversified persona. From early on its either Nature vs Learning or Nature of Learning… 🙂
