The Kit Bag; conclusion

Was The story just a figment of my imagination? Or just another day for a cricket enthusiast?

I remember my mentor, my very first boss telling me the same idea.

You want to be expert on any field, you better start your learning from holding the Kit Bag.

In my re-search works i have found that your eye for details and sight for observation plays a vital role in your learning. The base knowlege is deadly important for your future understandings. That is why we have the setup in education of Primary and then Secondary.

The students came across in my education style know very well that I never had started my class from the Book. I always started with the basics of the topic we would see in details. Reasons are very clear, to make a blue print of the comprehensive details and start with the summary. How was that possible, because, since the topics are understood to me backwards.

The most important thing is to keep in your mind that you are not going to do the same work for your whole life if you have ambitions in your head. The guy in our example in earlier story had the ambition of becoming an all-rounder and he never felt any shame to hold the kit bag for as long as it was needed.

It is as simple that you have to goto another city through Train, you would never stop and get out on every village stops in between, you would never allow yourself to feel any success  untill you reach your destination.

If you have a hobby. Make that your profession, and the smart person is who earn in the way. Otherwise try hobbies. If we observe a skilled Surgeon we would see his attention to details. His operation would be smoothed out to a very appreciative level.

So concluding my blog here, do not afraid to do petty jobs in the line of the profession that you target, treat them as your stairs to the higher level. Its always a bad idea to move on to the higher level if you are not sure the base is secured; therefore the idea of building the sky scrappers. You hardened your current floor before you goto the next. Always keep your dream in your head and heart. A target-less person is a failure by default.

In many ways. Profession is like a pyramid. Too much area to cover initially and require too much of time, but very vital time of your life. The higher you go the lesser your efforts would be. But You would gradually be on the higher position.

So… Hold your kit bags and become unstoppable.

Norm, Normal and Normality…

A state of mind where things happen like Creativity, serenity, and survival.

Earth, rotates a little faster or little slower; won’t survive for long. Its the only way things are what they are supposed to be in order to ‘be’…

I remember the time when I started learning Bike riding I only learnt how to accelerate initially and Brakes never got my attention that much, but soon I realized its the combination of Brakes and Accelerator that would make my ride smooth and easy. All of us who ride bikes know this rule that there has to be the brake pedal pushed down a bit, and just a bit to allow the bike to accelerate in first few moments of the ride and be used again and again when you required to be riding a bit slower than usual.

The same rule for automatic vehicles. The brakes are what moderate our rides smoother.

The same thing goes for our life, be it social or professional. Its important to know the pace required; and the same goes for our communication and interaction with fellow earthians to be on the state of norm.

Being Muslim myself I have learnt that ‘Islam’ is the word rooted from ‘Salm’ meaning peace or norm. It was also very interesting to know that the Word that comes exactly in the middle of “The Holy Qur’an” is itself means ‘Norm’… no wonder, since the life of a Good Muslim and a Good Human revolves around that.

Its pivotal to understand that Norm is not the absence of Hard or Soft… Its the balance of the both.

For every human being on this earth has been designed and wired completely different, so a Norm of one Person cannot be ideal for the other. Try and imagine an artist whose art is to balance things on each other, you would observe that he doesn’t use the same stone in size or weight to balance a chair and a table. Rather he uses as per required by that items itself due to its size and weight.

Living is not a page of stone-chiseled rules, its an Art. That is why its subjective to every one of us. There is an old saying that ‘in order to live happy you must find your center’. And that’s exactly how you find balance in your life, by locating simply your Centre. Which in turn requires you to move yourself down in, from your flesh and bones to the Soul.  I read some place that in order to understand others or the outside, first you need to master your awareness of your own soul which is hidden in you.

reach your center to achieve your norm.

Peace.
